Transport Meeting Draws Solid KCHC Participation

Delano Outreach Helps 83 At-Risk Families
Eighty-three rural families from northern Kern—including a number of elderly and disabled persons—received valuable information and direct services from the Kern County Homeless Collaborative’s Homeless Consumers and Service Providers Committee on Wednesday, May 8, at the Delano Community Connection Center’s food distribution outreach.

County Announces ESG Funding Opportunity
